I am a provisional psychologist who has come to the profession after a change of career from the public service. This combination of life experience and my recent study and training allow me a unique perspective in which I can support clients throughout a varied range of life stages and through difficult times.

My recent training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and trauma treatments, along with a strong passion for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ensure I aim to create a collaborative space for clients in order for them to improve their lives by following their values, and working towards fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Working with adolescents and adults, and having a passion for LGBTIQAP+ issues, I provide low cost counselling to those who may not be able access these services otherwise.
