Couple Therapy and Workshops

Every relationship has its ups and downs. Without effective ways to manage conflict and increase closeness, it can be difficult to have a satisfying relationship with your partner. Therapy can assist couples to strengthen the positive aspects of their relationship and learn to manage conflict.

Unlike other approaches to couple therapy, the Gottman Method combines the knowledge obtained from three decades of clinical practice with four decades of extensive research with over 3000 couples, making it a scientifically based therapy. As a psychologist who has completed Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Alana regularly uses this method in her work with couples.
